BAD PRODUCT AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Paying over R1000 for a pair of sandals, 3 of the pairs breaks within 4-8 months. If you don't have a slip they just say "sorry, no guarantee and unable to fix it". Feels it is the most terrible service one can receive from a big company like Holsters and if they KNOW their shoes breaks on that specific place. Will never support them again and will make sure that none of my family or friends will.
