Bad customer service

I order 2 pairs of flip flops off holsters website in which I received these the next day. Within a few hours of wearing these, the print started to rub off. I logged a ticket and emailed the support team numerous times and I have still got not response back 3 working days later.

The lack of communication when you encounter an issue with Holster is ridiculous! I am a loyal customer since I love holster shoes but if this is how you are treated, I will source my Holsters elsewhere.
