Holsboer vacations hydepark, *********** staff

I am really having a bad experience with Gugu Makanya from hydepark holsboer vacations, I had to cancel my accommodation due to unforseen circumstances. But now it's been already 14 days since I have received my refund, she for my bank details,I sent a screenshot, she says no screenshot s allowed , I sent her my full bank statement directly how I receive from the bank and I gave my I.d number because it is password protected, but she tells me she can't the refund because it password protected.

Come on man holsboer management, I can't deal with such *********** staff.everything has been given to her but she still does not want to assist.

When payment was being made there was no problem, now it's a mission to get my funds back and you guys are still penalizing from canceling, please man I can be suffering for so long
