Bad service, ****** remarks

We visited this place on the 27/09/2019 and we were harassed by the security from the first day, on the 28/09/2019 I went to see the resort manager to complain and she told us straight that we are talking nonsense even said that black people can't read which I believe that it was a ****** remark, we than had to change a venue for our guest because of false adverti*****t this guys did cause when we called in before booking the place we asked if they allow parties during the day as we were celebrating my birthday and asked them if guest are allowed and she said yes. On the 29/09/2019 around 2am we were awaken by a security guard claiming that we were making noise and when I disputed this he threaten us and said we were going to be fined, in that morning the manager and her husband came to our unit and made accusations that were not true and when going down the stairs her(husband) said we are going to sort this ******s out. We than received an email claiming that we have to pay R23500 cause of over crowding which is not even correct cause clearly the manager did not do her job and looked at the camera footage to get the idea of what really happened. Instead she made assumption on how many people were at the unit, I don't know how they operate cause all the accusation that were made were hearsay and assumptions which goes to say that she clearly does not do her job she just looks at the colour of your skin that decide on what to do. As much as we acknowledge some of the mistakes that were made but I believe it was supposed to be investigated in more details she even **** and said we did not allow the housekeeping inside the unit, the lady came inside our room which we have already cleaned and had nothing much to do therefore she only changed the bed sheets and put only one toilet paper roll at the toilet than left. She even sent a scan of a warning saying it was signed by me which is definitely not my signature which also proves that the signature was forged either by the manager or the security guard
