Poor workmanship

I am not receiving after sales service from this company after many telephonic, email and whatsapp messages with pictures. My screened floors are chipping and cracking, the en suite bathroom floor flows into the bedroom when washed. The 'pandomo' kitchen counter and walls are looking worn and stained. This was an expensive project for me and I am disappointed that in a year all these flaws are apparent. The kitchen counter lasted 2 months and all I got in response was a tub of the 'pandomo' to do the repair myself. It's unsightly....this has been a waste of money. I should have gone with tiling. This company should definitely up their service level.
