Unhappy

I have placed my order for 2 bottles R560-00 about two weeks ago and I am still awaiting my order to be delivered. When emailing them for a delivery update their first response was that my parcel is on it's way. After a week nothing. Everyday I email them requesting a delivery date and you receive a email back saying Your request (number) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff or their delivery dates keep changing or they just don't respond to your email. When you click on track my parcel there appears and error on their tracking website.
