Terrible customer service

On the 28th of Dec 2019 i bought an item from this company after 5 minutes or so i requested for a refund because i realised that their shipment takes about 3 months. I send them emails many times they never reply. When i go to their page on facebook you cannot inbox them you cannot phone them either you can only communication with them via email only.

I thought since it says "hollywood cosmetic sout africa " it wouldn't take this long to ship the item. Please people be aware of this company. For the fact that they do not have contact details its a problem.

I would like to get my refund from this company but i think its a ****!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. And reviews from other people its bad they are selling lies.

On their page and website there is no option for reviews. I do not know what was going on my mind because i always check everything before i buy from online store.
