Product not delivered and they don't reply to customer emails.

I bought a product on the 25th of December 2019. Got a message on the 7th of January 2020 saying the product is will be delivered that day. And that is the end of it! I never received the product. I wrote to them multiple times but nobody replies. Communication is very key in customer see ice.
