Non-Existent Service

I purchased foundation on 10 September #2950, but haven't received it yet. I emailed your offices for assistance on 21 October, 22 October, again on 25 October, and haven't received any feedback until now. The service and assistance from Hollywood Cosmetics are none existent and extremely disappointing
