Less money and disappointment

This is a online shop (well known). I placed my order 17 Steptember 2019. Delivery time is between 15-20 days or sooner as the email described. Well today is 17 November and i have not received any product. One email was received after I followed up on my item with a tracking number that did not work. After I told Hollywood Cosmetics the tracking number does not work I did not even get a reply. One week ago I asked for a refund.. Well still no reply as suspected. Please do not buy from them. All you will get is money out of your pocket and disappointment.
