Beware!! This is a ****, outright *******!!! After 6 months of trying to locate my package, this is the answer.

Unfortunately, you ordered from another company in South Africa or some other location with a similar name to our company. We do not sell makeup.

We have received a lot of similar complaints; but, because the company is not located in the U.S. we can’t do anything to stop them from using our name.

Worse, I think they use our customer support email address for sending complaints about their products . . . Hopefully, you can complain to the proper authorities and help clear this up.
