Hollywood bets don't wanna help me.

Since Monday I am trying to withdraw my winnings but everytime If I upload my I'd and a selfie it keep on giving me errors and if I ask for help they keep on saying I am doing it wrong now I must try tomorrow again I feel this it not rite
