Compliance

i have played teams on Monday and two of the teams were postponed. Other legs won and on Tuesday the ticket was marked as lost. I checked the result as far i know the two games were postponed and now hollywood says the ticket lost. I got all the proof that the game has not played and i contacted hollywood and i am not getting any feedback. I forwarded them their terms and conditions on soccer and the screenshots i captured showing that that game did not play. No response from hollywood still. I asked them to provide us with the source they got the results. From and still nothing. So there are not adhering to their terms and conditions as if the game was postponed or canceled the game becomes void. But now my ticket looses on the game that has not been played.
