Laser burn on face.

I went to Cindy from Hollywood laser clinic in boksburg for laser treatment on my face for slight ***mentation and acne marks. I went for 2 sessions and attended the 3rd and was promised 'porcelain looking skin'. Before starting ANY treatment I made Cindy aware that I have extremely sensitive skin and I was told not to worry, the treatments wouldn't affect my skin negatively. On the 3rd session they decided to use a higher voltage than previously which made my skin burn and was very uncomfortable. I contacted Cindy the next day and was told it was normal, contacted her again a week later and was told it will settle. Once the swelling went down, I started seeing dark spots all over my face where the laser was done. When consulting Cindy again she told me she doesn't know why the laser would do that but to come back for another session which made uncomfortable. I then consulted a Gp who told me that she actually burnt my skin, I then consulted a specialist dermatologist who in his PROFESSIONAL opinion told me that it is in fact laser burns that she has caused. This is now post inflammatory hyper ***mentation which I NEVER had before. My face is worst off than before seeing her and am now on treatment for this. Cindy has blocked me off WhatsApp and refused any contact to assist or resolve this matter in any way. She is totally unprofessional and does not bother about her clients. After causing so much harm and permanent damage to my face she hasn't even bothered responding to an email or calling me. She has no business ethics, no empathy and no regret for what she has done. Businesses like this should be shut down. She is negligent and absolutely unprofessional and shouldn't be trusted with something as sensitive and important as your face. She is NOT a professional in skin or she would have known how to treat all skin types and shouldn't be given the opportunity to cause any harm to any other person. Do NOT go to this woman, she won't even acknowledge that she has done something wrong and deserves to be shut down. Lack of skill and professionalism is what she is good at.
