ATM ISSUES

10/11/2025 Visited Hollywood spring field to have a bunny chow after a long morning. I then went to ATM to withdraw 3000 however the ATM only dispense R800 when I spoke to manager he advised that the ATM does the refund automatically however there was no refund done ...how do you expect people to come through and have a good meal and fun if they can't withdraw money at ATM ...this is totally unacceptable frustrating the customer as to do all the calling and running around for the ATM not having sufficient cash. Normally if you go to ATM and there's insufficient funds the machine will prompt you and cancel the transaction please Hollywood yourl are a big company well recognised I'm not from the area but I havtu go through the most to try and get my money back. I hope you find this and do something about it
