Holly hair growth formula

Hollys hair growth destroyed my hair !!! Within 3 X of using the product my hair as started Snapping and breaking off mid length and it continues to do so. I was refunded but what does that help!? I have now incurred massive costs having to purchase healing shanpp,conditioner ,masks ,serums to replace the mositure. My hair is porous as if I damaged it with bleach. Had to drastically cut as well . There is one ingredient in the product that has the potential to cause breakage. I informed Gabrielle about this. Hollys should have a disclaimer stating this. What does it help being refunded it does not rectify the situation or replace my hair. I am not the only person this has happened to . They do not respond to the other complaints ,comments are removed and person is blocked on to their social media pages. If they have nothing to hide why do this.
