Poor customer service - arrogant owner

I had a very disappointing experience with Holloway Motors at the Kuilsriver branch, particularly with their customer service. My initial interaction with the receptionist started off pleasant. However, there was a miscommunication regarding the booking time for my vehicle, which led to a voice note from the receptionist (who I later learned was the owner’s wife). The tone of this voice note was disgraceful and unprofessional, making insinuations that were completely unnecessary.

When I raised my concerns with the owner, instead of addressing the issue constructively, he defended his wife’s actions. His response was dismissive and arrogant, even going so far as to suggest that I take my business elsewhere(which was my response to the appealing voice note). This attitude from both the owner and the receptionist was shocking and unacceptable.

I strongly advise anyone considering Holloway Motors in Kuilsriver to think twice. The lack of respect and professionalism in how they handle customers is appalling. Based on this experience, I will definitely be taking my business to a more reputable and customer-focused workshop than to be treated as such. Disgusting

Reviewer Update
Received After leaving my initial review on Hello Peter, I was contacted by the owner of Holloway Motors in Kuilsriver. Unfortunately, this interaction only reinforced my concerns about the business’s approach to customer service. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, the owner decided to give me “a piece of his mind” for expressing my honest feedback. During the call, he was once again rude and arrogant, resorting to swearing at me before abruptly hanging up. This behaviour speaks volumes about the way this business operates and how little regard they have for customer feedback. This interaction has only confirmed my opinion of Holloway Motors and their unprofessional modus operandi. I strongly urge anyone considering their services to think twice before doing so. Respect and professionalism should be the baseline for any business, and this one falls far short. Especially if you expect basic customer professionalism and RESPECT.
