Poor customer service

Waterpump was replaced last year in November 2024. Was leaking in 2024 d December tooknit back in January 2025 . Don't know what was down but. It stopped leaking . In June 2025 car was serviced by them. . In July the water pump leaked profusely. Had to get it fixed by people that was willing to do ten work over weekend. Needless to say the pump was replaced again. By another mechanic as the one that was fitted leaked again . Tano said warranty was for 12 months. Very unprofessional just turned his back while talking to me. But it's good 👍 you lost another customer
