<p>I started consulting with Dr Muclinger in 2013. She recommended root treatment, crowns and implants for several of my teeth. NONE of the procedures she performed were a success. The Implant she performed popped out after 6 months. Her root treatment failed which resulted in extreme infection in my tooth which later had to be extracted. She placed crowns in my mouth which were incorrect, they shape did not fit onto my teeth, the crowns would also pass through temperature (hot and cold), which according to other dentist was not supposed to happen. She then had her daughter (who was not a qualified in any dentistry field) make crowns in her home. The crowns were rough, and ultimately broke. I paid her over R50k. This drama lasted over 2 years. I ultimately decided to get opinions from several doctors who told me that with all the work that she did on my teeth has resulted in severe damage. I referred the matter to the Health Professionals Council of South Africa who found her GUILTY. Despite this she still maintains her innocence and refuses to refund me.</p> <p>In addition to this she has made ****phobic and anti-Semitic comments. She keeps clients waiting for hours. Over charges and does not deliver on her so-called “rolls royce” service. STAY AWAY from her practice, this is a STERN warning.</p> <p> </p>
