Holiday Travel (Subsidary of Comair) - Refund not happening

BA gave me the option to have a voucher or refund and I selected refund and Holiday Travel (Subsidary of Comair Limited) has given me the run around for the last 4 months excuse after excuse. Holiday Travel is part of the Discovery rewards program and I am extremely disappointed in the whole happy lot. I still await my refund!
