It is a pity That I cannot give a minus 5 start rating to this company. They are ****ming poor people into a subscription that one cannot afford and then hide behind terms and conditions that were not clearly communicated. Surely if they want to enforce a 14 day cancellation period they could afford a 24 hour cooling off period for customers who signed up with no clear idea what was on offer
