I bought a shoe for my brother by 12h00 during the day n when i weny to my brother it didnt fit him ....i went back to the store after an hour and the staff said they dont do exchanges n i asked what should i do because the shoe is not the right size and they said it is not their problem i could have made sure it is the right size
