WONT RESPOND TO BOOKING QUERY AFTER 5 REQUESTS

I am trying to arrange a get together for a friend's birthday party at the Skye bar at the Holiday Inn in the Sandton CBD. I have called the holiday inn 5 times requesting a quote for a cake to be provided for the party and the Hospitality manager , Mikayla keeps promising me she will respond to my request but after 5 requests to her and some other staff i have got NO response.... PATHETIC!!!!!!<br> <br>
