What you see is NOT what you get

Made an online booking at Garden court east gate for 3 people on booking.com. main reason for making my choice was for the breakfast and free airport shuttle that was stated on the list of features. Get to the hotel and above the R1300 that i had to pay... i was asked to pay R325 for transport which was never disclosed to me. I made the booking the previous day and was not e en communkcated about the charge so assumed it is free as per descriptons on the booking site. Besides having to pay that, i then get a tourism levy added to it which on the site says its included in my payment.

I am highly frustrated with the hotel for having incorrect information on the booking site amd me javing to pay for things that i was trying to avoid when i was choosing my hotel on the site. You guys need to do something about it and not lie to customers to get sales.
