Pricing incorrectly given

Good Day <br> <br> I called three weeks ago to get a quotation on the hotel, they advised me it is R1.5K per night. <br> When I called in after two weeks to pay, I was told nope that was for one day and other days is 2.1k. I was not happy as it was incorrect quotation but was given only verbally.<br> <br> Spoke to a lady by name of Roshta, and she advised me that her manager (Veronica Kgalubi) will call me since Wednesday 03 February 2016.<br> <br> I have called the hotel more than ten times looking for Veronica Kgalubi and I have been corresponding with Roshda aswell too, and nothing from her manager, to sort out wrong pricing.<br> <br> I am not happy with the level of service in that hotel, no one takes customers seriously. Managers don't respond to queries.<br> <br>
