Poor service

<p>I am a club member and made a booking at Holiday Inn but now my points according to them have expired. It is impossible as I have made new bookings in one calendar year. I also phoned their office to try and get help without any success. Their staff is not friendly and not at all helpful. I also asked to speak to a supervisor but was on hold for more than 10 minutes without any one answering.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will not recommend any one to make use of Holiday Inn for bookings and to be a loyal member with their membership. It is useless! Be warned. </p>
