disgusting service and quality for a 4 star hotel

stayed at the hotel from 4 to 11 April 2016 ordered 4 draught beers at the bar and were told that they were out of draught glasses , at dinner asked for a bottle of Merlot wine and was told that they did not have any Merlot wine in stock, asked where the complementary bread basket was and was again told that it was finished , ordered a 400 gram rack of lamb for R202 and received the smallest portion i have ever seen i estimate the lamb was about 200 grams <br> for the amount you pay and the 4 star rating (i believe they do not deserve a 4 star rating) i definitely do not recommend this hotel
