Bad attitude

Yesterday we bought food at this food outlet. The food was of a high quality, even the price of the food was not expensive. The problem I had was with the person who was serving us, i think she could do with a good attitude. I mean she didn't greet us and even when we were ordering she didn't even bother to ask if we were going to eat here or takeaway. Even the drinks she didn't ask if we would be drinking anything. I ended up asking her if the attitude she was giving us is because we were from mpumalanga or she gives everyone. She didn't answer me she just took the speed point and left. I think she needs more training on customer satisfaction and how to treat customers
