Double charged
Debiting your credit card after you pay cash. Sending 5 emails with no response and dropped calls. Bad bad service . And still 3 weeks later no one communication of any sort.

10 Nov 2018, 11:15Thank you the Holiday Inn has refunded me . I do advise that their hotel the spa food and amenities are all awesome . I initially did give them a 10 out 10 as I had no complaints about the hotel itself. It was only the double payment. Thank you Holiday Inn Kadikoy .
