TERRIBLE SERVICE - NEVER AGAIN

If I could give this hotel less than 1 star, I would. On arrival at the Hotel, there was no porter in sight, so my family (me, 49yr old woman, my 77 year old father and my disabled mom) had to drag our luggage up to the 2nd Floor ourselves (only 4 suitcases and 2 pieces of hand luggage). On the second day of our stay, we left for the morning, and were surprised to return to the hotel at 2pm in the afternoon, and find that they had not bothered to clean the rooms, empty the bins, nor replace wet towels. My father was very tired so I set about making their bed, so he could lie down, only to discover LONG black hair in the bed... clearly this bed linen had not been changed since the last guests. The thought of it makes me gag...even now. I went to my own room and discovered the cleaners had just arrived, but I had a zoom meeting and did not want them present (for privacy reasons) so I asked them to leave whilst I had my meeting and cleaned by myself afterwards. On our departure, I called reception and asked them to send a porter to help us take the luggage down, but guess what? Nobody came and we had to take the luggage down by ourselves again. Terrible service all round. I will NEVER set foot here in this terrible, dirty, hotel again.

The front of house staff just shrugged their shoulders when learning about our issues We also wondered why you they have a member of staff downstairs, if he is not a porter. They should replace this man with a security CAMERA, and he should do the job of helping with luggage in my opinion.
