POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

What a bad service is rendered here. ****roaches in the bathroom, cracked walls, bath tub enough to fit only small kids, limited closet for sharing guests, local news channels not included and the worse is the dining hall. Only enough to host 40 guests, waiting for plates, no cutlery, cold water for tea/coffee and cold milk, wait for 10 minutes in a buffet queue, FOD on the food and poor service in general
