Terrible Service from Holiday Inn Express Woodmead

My company did a group booking for 18 guests. We were all disappointed with the service. My room had no electricity when I was checking-in, including the following night when I reported again to the receptionist around 21:00. I didn't get any assistance till I slept with my phone as a torch. For those two day there was no hot water for bathing in the morning and in the evening, and no notification from the hotel management.

I won't recommend anyone to this hotel. The service was super terrible.
