Pathetic service

This Hotel is totally unprofessional. The people do not speak proper English. It has taken over a week for me to get a reply in terms of a booking that i requested. When you call, the person sings instead of speaking. She is rude and has a terrible attitude. Totally pathetic for a company to have such a stupid and unprofessional person on the other end of the phone. Surprising that they still have business.
