Lost items

What a bad experience, we checked inn on the 21st of March with our luggage next to the counter or reception,it happened that after checking inn we left Woolworths gift bag with new items inside after 1 hour or 2 we asked for a footage we saw it but they played a camera that was not visible enough,the following day we asked footage from another camera they bag was visible it was played when it was placed down,we requested to see it further to see where it ended,the Manager who was playing the footage refused to show us further,she complained about time,but promised to send it latter ,she didn't sent until I phoned 2 weeks latter,even today our matter is not solved.im not happy at all
