filthy hotel room and rude manager

<p>I was checked into room 720 at holiday inn express. I walked into a smelly dirty room with alchol bottles and food on the floor, and dirty towels in the floor. It was disgusting. I walked back to reception and spoke to the guy who checked me in. He said he's name was Sello.Not only did he take a call while I was talking to him he also said he was part of management when I requested to speak to management. To my surprise the board displaying the manager on duty's name said Musa. I asked why then did they display wrong information...Sello responded that the name in the board still needed to be changed. Afterwards he says"there's Musa walking past there"</p> <p>so why lie in the first place? </p> <p>To get such terrible service not to Mention a filthy disgusting room is totally unacceptable especially when so much money was paid. Yes I'm a government employee and the hotel was booked by a travel agent but this ia totally wrong.</p>
