Worst hotel ever!!!

Day one check in - no electricity and moved in to another room.Thereafter to find no hot water available in that room and moved to the 3 rd room.Only to find there's no hot water in that room and having had to take a cold shower in order to attend a meeting that I missed as a result of waiting for the water to reheat. Day two - I get up at 7 to shower to check out and still no hot water. Pathetic service!because guests should have been informed that there's a leak in the tanks and they can't accommodate guests but instead they kept quiet about this and made their full rate.Highly disappointed as I've travelled all the way from Gauteng and had an awful experience at this hotel.
