Exceptional service at Holiday Inn Express Umhlanga

My husband and I had been booked in at Umhlanga Holiday inn Express Umhlanga. I must advise during our stay the Chaod, riots started in Kzn, we had to extend our stay, which was very easy, but due to the choas which ensued, travel and foo became very problematic. The staff at the hotel were such awesome staff, even though they had to deal with unusual times, not able to see their own families as they stayed at the hotel to keep us the patrons happy, calm and content. They remained super friendly, kept it very neat, managed to find us other hotels to go and enjoy dinner as all shops and restaurants were close. #Win with these staff members were so efficient and friendly and always placed our needs first. Thank you to all for your exceptional service, you made a very difficult situation bearable.
