An unsatisfactory level of service

I just to share my experience During the holiday season, the hotel has very poor service, they provided me with a dirty iron, which burned my new dress they did nothing about it,the breakfast is horrible, one of the days there was rotten gold meat in the breakfast platter, you should avoid booking in this hotel for any future visit.
