Very poor service, Derek and Roland doesnt ever answer their phone, communication of bookings is not sent to home owners ,statement of guests is sent once a month ,agreed on the 10th of each month payment will be paid ,we have received payment for 1 booking on the 18th of the month, no bookings through out December all white owners property had first preference , i have given him a free Samsung 32 inch TV and his holding my keys for a WIFI router which is not even half the price of the TV given for free , his hospitality is very poor , never available to take calls, only send whatsapp messages
