Excellent servive

We had excellent service from Colette Fritz at Holiday Aviation. After Air Belgium cancelled our school groups return flight we were stuck in Belgium with 11 students. Colette Fritz really walked the extra mile to help us finding a return flight back to South Africa. She made all the arrangements with Air Rwanda to fly us back to SA with NO extra costs. She was really amazing and I will recommend her services to everyone. She was always very helpful and so professional. If it was not for Colette Fritz I really don’t know what we would do because its not easy to find seats on another airline on short notice. Especially not if its Worldcup rugby. We also had very good service from Rwanda Airlines. There was a problem with the connecting flight but they booked us into an excellent hotel in Kigali with all meals included with NO extra cists. I will fly Air Rwanda again because the flights and service was excellent. Thank you Colette Fritz@Holiday Aviation and Air Rwanda that walked the extra mile to bring us back to SA safely. If it was not for Colette Fritz @ Holiday Aviation and Rwanda Air this would be a nightmare for 2 teachers stucked in Brussels with 11 students but it all end well and we made wonderful memories
