Owner took money, cancelled my booking but up to now no money back

I booked through booking.com accommodation in the Paarl, name Sunset Retreat and the owner sent me a message I must pay 25% deposit. I cancelled later (in time) the booking and up to now no refund from the owner. I send several messages but owner ignored my messages and calls and they are not on booking.com anymore.
