Extending a contract without my consent

I entered into a 3 year contract with holiday access in July 2013 with a certain guy. I paid all the money owed to them ALONE, he never paid anything & deductions bounced on his bank account. <br> To my surprise, yesterday I received a 5 year contract, to extend the current one. This was apparently an agreement between Holiday Access and the guy who never honored the terms of the 1st contract. It was done without me being contacted. <br> So now they are not only putting me into debt with this guy, they are also ruining my credit record as well. I hv a right to make any changes to the original 3 year contract. If they want a to continue with that guy it's solenly upto them, it gas nothing to do with me. <br> This is neglegency at its worst. I never want to work with such a careless company. I was disrespected as a customer!!!! Now I have to pay for lawyer fees just to get out of this mess!
