Holdfast not great

Ordered a kit online to be able to mount my bars on my new vehicle. Kit was ordered according to my vehicle type on the site and arrived promptly. Sadly was incorrect. Took 3 days to speak to someone who said send it back and when we receive it and inspect we will credit you. No big help as to what I need . Asked if there was an agent in KZN close to me and was told he may help but his phone number that I was given is always unavailable. Now stuck with R800 worth of useless kit.
