LIESEL KOVACS - OVERDUE REFUND DEPOSIT *(UVONGO HOKAAI)

<p>HORRIBLe !!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. We were faulsey accused of *****ing a back door key, which we know nothing about, however, we paid a "breakage fee" of R560, we paid a deposit of R1,600.00 and it still hasn't been refunded after our stay 15 December 2016, which was promised to us as soon as we leave the premises. We kept calling Liesel every other day and she kept coming up with the most ridiculous excuses.</p> <p> </p> <p>This will not end here, it will be taken up further!! </p>
