Hokaai sells your order to someone else and then claims they do not know who did it
Totally disgusted. I hand selected biltong to dry out 2 weeks ago. I went to the butchery last week to follow up on the dryness. It was still too wet. I asked them to put my name and contact info on it because i just had a bad feeling. Then this morning i got there and the biltong was gone and no one knew what happened to it. When i asked for the owner's contact info to inform him of how things are done there i was given a generic hokaai email address.

According to the owner they went out of their way to accomodate me to do something they do not usually do and i am overreacting. and I am going about this the wrong way.. well I thanked him and wished him a great weekend. Will definitely not go there again, the Fearie Glen owner is willing to help me without making me feel like i am inconveniencing them. So support the Hokaai in Fearie Glen
