Unprofessional: Do not recommend
The communication from this company is utterly pathetic. They are fast and efficient to get the sale completed, but once they have their money the one hand does not know what the other is doing.
They sent a team of 6 people to do an inspection after installation. After more than 2 months, I still don't have a snag list and non of the snags were resolved. The inspector was unhappy with a number of things and told my wife the installer won't get paid until it is sorted, but nothing has happened. During this process they also damaged my roof.
After multiple mails and calls, with no call backs or feedback, I got a message informing me that I am never to disclose information to clients if there are snags as they confused me, the customer, with the quality assurance agent. It left me feeling complete distrust.
After all this, they now want to send another team to assess the system because not one of the 6 people they sent there in the first place gave them feedback.
Absolutely pathetic company. If I could give them a 0 star rating I would.
