Seems like I am dealing with a Government department
I am starting off the journey to convert to Solar. I am now sceptical to use Hohm energy. I followed the prompts got the finanace option approval from the bank but need to keep on phoning back. Got a call back this morning and they send a confirmation e-mail to contact me at 11. I phoned back and they promised to come back to me. I phoned back again and still no response. Is this the correct supplier to use? I am sceptical.
