Ridiculous and Worst After Sales Service

Afters ales customer service at Hohm Energy is horrible. My inverter has been faulty and not working since January 2024, and it was only collected in May for repairs. I have been sent from pillar to post since. I have the email trail to show the communication. Now the customer service is not even bothering to respond to my emails anymore, I have sent messages to their social media networks, no a single response, radio silence.It's been 7 months now. I even asked them to come and get their system off my house as we have been paying for the system monthly without any help. I'm sure there are other service providers out there that can provide much better customer service than Hohm Energy.
