POOR SERVICE
I bought a 3 phase system from Hohm Energy costing R330 000 and have had poor service. When the system was installed some of the wiring was incorrect, then it was found that some of the panels were installed in a shaded area so did not get full sun. I have had after sales problems and when contacting the call centre I am told that unless I can remember the name of the person who dealt with my installation they cannot help me. After shouting at the call centre person I received a call from someone and was told they will have to get hold of a technician to help me. NOT IMPRESSED WITH THIS COMPANY
