Frustrating to the core

I'm going to give an honest review this is and was the most frustrating process to get Solar installed at my property. in actual fact, they are still busy as not all required parts were or are available. My installer was Changed on the day my Installation was supposed to take place. As yet still waiting for brackets to install solar panels which I still don't have. Installer I cannot fault. There are staff members that have to take the grunt of the complaints as Management just ignores emails and runs with their tails between their legs. Leaving the first line of staff to deal with everything. I really hope they can resolve issues as I understand its a start up but I think they've bitten off more than they can chew at this stage. I think I've aged 10 years up to this point getting my solar installed and yet it's still not completed. for now i cannot recommend this company lets see in the future how they deal with after sales and support
